Mark Kresge, owner and president of Kresge Contracting, Inc., started the company in 1983. Since then, professional development and the pursuit of quality have been the hallmarks of our company growth.

2006 |
The National Association of the Remodeling Industry (NARI) named Mark Kresge National Contractor of the Year.

2004 |
Added an interior designer to our staff to assist our clients in the process of design and the material choices.
|
|
2001 |
After extensive testing and qualifications, Mark Kresge was certified by the National Kitchen and Bath Association as a Kitchen and Bath Designer.

2000 |
Kresge Contracting, Inc. joined BKBG, a national kitchen and bathroom buying group. This allows us to provide our clients the highest quality and most functional products available to meet their needs, while respecting their budget. Added displays for a larger on site selection choice for clientele.

1999 |
Moved to current location within the northeast corner of Dublin-Granville & Cleveland Ave., because we had grown out of our previous space. Added more displays.

1997 |
As the market for higher quality Kitchen and Bath design and product grew, Mark Kresge became more involved in this part of the remodeling industry by joining the National Kitchen and Bath Association.

1996 |
Changed the management structure to develop Project Managers in charge of overseeing remodeling projects from start to finish. The Project Manager supervises the job site.

1994 |
Incorporated and opened an office and planning center. These changes enabled the company to better serve our customers and assist them with designing, planning, and making material selections for their remodeling projects.

1992 |
This year marked the development of a strong management team with specialized lead carpenters and an office manager. The management team's ongoing goal is to build professional and helpful relationships with Kresge Contracting, Inc. customers and to deliver quality remodeling services.

1987 |
Continued to focus on kitchen and bath remodeling. Expanded services to include exterior work, window replacement, and room additions.

1983 |
Mark Kresge began the business, subcontracting with a large general contractor, performing property management and rehab work. Enjoyed small residential improvement projects, especially kitchens, baths, and interior alterations. This work clarified Mark's desire to work directly with homeowners to meet their remodeling needs. |
