MARK KRESGE, CR, CKD Certified Remodeler, Certified Kitchen Designer, President, Founder Mark has more than 30 years of experience in the home building and remodeling industry. He began with hands-on construction experience in 1973. Putting a two story room addition on a friend’s house in 1977 to lead to the discovery of his vocation in the home remodeling industry -- performing sales, management, and design. Mark believes that "spending time with family builds special memories. When someone is considering improvements to enhance the family environment, I want to help them fulfill their dreams." Mark utilizes his skills and knowledge in organization management and design to provide customers with the means to realize dreams they have for their homes. Mark is a friendly and sociable person, willing to share his knowledge and experience with his employees, customers, and the community. He is also very involved with many local organizations that help the public receive a positive remodeling experience. Mark has held positions of honor in several professional organizations and received numerous awards for his service to the community, which has enriched him as a person.


				*Estimator / Material Expeditor*
						JUSTIN SHREFFLER Justin attended Ohio University where he majored in Business and minored in engineering. He has been in the remodeling industry since 1999, working with small general contractors. He joined Kresge Contracting, Inc. in 2003 as a crew member. In 2004, he was promoted to the position of project estimator and material expeditor. Being a crew member gave Justin insight into what needs to be included in the pricing and ordering of products. He works closely with the Project Managers on a daily basis and believes firmly in good customer service.

				*Project Management*

We assign each project to an individual project manager, who then becomes responsible for overseeing the production of that project from beginning to end. Duties include acting as the lead carpenter, advising in plan execution, and maintaining communication with the homeowner. Our customers typically meet their project manager at the scheduled pre-production meeting, and the same project manager will be available to answer questions and assist with concerns, all the way through to the final project punch-out.						KEVIN HITTEPOLE Kevin had worked in the construction industry for a number of years and has been with Kresge Contracting, Inc., since 1995. He has a great deal of hands-on remodeling experience, with a special concentration in framing and exterior finishes. Kevin’s experience includes in-depth knowledge of a wide variety of exterior building projects-siding, windows, doors, overhangs, etc. He also has vast knowledge in general contracting and room additions. He is a detail-oriented person with extraordinary desire to place customer service and needs at the forefront.


						ANDY LEIGHNINGER Andy’s background in remodeling, customer relations and management has made him an expert in the general remodeling industry. Prior to joining the Kresge team in 1999, he operated his own residential remodeling business for more than 10 years. His hands-on experience has developed his skills in carpentry, millwork, tiling, plastering, plumbing, electrical, painting and flooring. Concentrating his knowledge on interior spaces, Andy has also proved to be a quality-oriented project manager with excellent communication skills.
