At Kresge Contracting, Inc., customer service starts from the first inquiry and goes through the full warranty period.

We start with a phone discussion to review the project scope, type of home, location, and approximate budget. We make an appointment with the client, and we make every effort to honor the first appointment time set.

All pricing and product review information is conducted at our Showroom during a second appointment. Once a decision to proceed with the project has been made, we stay in touch through the mail, phone, or email, updating the homeowner with scheduling information.

Before starting the job, your assigned Project Manager will contact you and, in many cases, have a pre-construction meeting. The Project Manager is responsible for all of the job site production and work, from start to finish.

After completion, while you are enjoying the newly remodeled space, warranty items may arise. We will address these items as soon as possible, with your Project Manager again taking charge of getting the items resolved.
