The owners of this Dublin area home started out looking at newer properties, but were disappointed with what they found.  So, they decided to stay and remodel.  They knew from remodeling their kitchen with Kresge in the past that we would have the expertise and quality they were looking for.  The couple decided that their first priority would be updating their first floor master bath.

The update included:

• Replace unused Whirlpool tub with large format "His & Hers" shower, includes 3 separate shower heads
• Corner windows (now in the shower) were replaced with glass block for privacy and natural light
• Former shower area was converted to a closet for extra storage space
• New adult-height vanity and cultured-granite countertops replaced basic, builder grade vanity and top
• Improved lighting and mirror system, including removal of soffit
• Lovely new tile floor with in-floor heating system on automatic timer
