Project Description

To meet the homeowners' goals for this project, the rear of this existing two-story home was completely reworked.

On one side of the house, off of the existing kitchen space, a family room was added on the first floor with a master bath on the second floor

The other side of the house was expanded on one story only to double the size of the existing dining room.

The kitchen was completely remodeled to a contemporary style and efficient layout to serve as the hub of this household.
