Integrity is an integral part of our business. Most of our business comes from past customers (approximately 70%) because our customers know that they receive high quality products and workmanship from a company with high standards.

We seek to develop a relationship of trust, openness, and respect with our employees, customers and trade associates (vendors, subcontractors, etc.). We are proactive with employees, customers and trade associates to resolve problems/conflicts to create a positive, win-win experience.

We can think of no better way to celebrate our 25th anniversary than with the honor of receiving the 2008 BBB Integrity Award. We extend a warm “thank you" to our wonderful clients, employees, vendors, suppliers and subcontractors who have been with us over the years and contributed to our success as a business of integrity.

The BBB Integrity Award requires a comprehensive submission covering four judging criteria:

1: Organization Practices (including company philosophy, employee relations and problem solving)

2: Customer/Vendor/Supplier Relations (including how the company ensures product excellence and accountability to those we serve)

3: Marketing/Advertising/Communications/Solicitations Practices (how truth and accuracy is ensured through marketing efforts and through all transactions).

4: Reputation within the company’s industry and community

Each submission is submitted to scrutiny and verification so that honesty and integrity is truly rewarded. These prestigious awards were officially presented at the 2008 BBB Annual Luncheon on October 29, 2008.

The other proud recipients of the 2008 Integrity Award are: Finish Line Building, Artina Promotional Products, Hilb Rogal & Hobbs, Waste Management of Ohio and the Non-Profit Organizations of Jewish Family Services and Maryhaven.
