Remodeling Services

On completion of your design, we will prepare a contract with all the specifications and details worked out during the design phase.  The contract makes transparent what you can expect, what we are providing, the total cost of your project (except for any change orders), a draw schedule, our warranty and any other applicable information.  We will also discuss the project schedule, including possible start dates and anticipated duration.

Prior to starting your project, you will be assigned a Project Manager.  Your Project Manager is responsible for all job site production, from start to finish.  He will oversee any workers or subcontractors on site.  During your remodel, your Project Manager will be your primary contact.  He will keep you updated with the status of your project, answer any questions or concerns you may have during construction, respond to any problems that may arise unexpectedly, and so forth.  However, though this is extremely rare, should you have any questions or concerns that you feel are not being addressed by your Project Manager, you are welcome to call the office anytime.

We will periodically be in touch with you regarding scheduling, materials, draws and evaluations of our work-to-date.  We strive for excellence in communication and quick resolution to any problem that may arise.  It is our pleasure to provide you with an enjoyable remodeling experience as your home takes on new life.
