MARK KRESGE, CR, CKD
Certified Remodeler, Certified Kitchen Designer, President, Founder:

Mark has more than 30 years of experience in the home building and remodeling industry. He began with hands-on construction experience in 1973. Putting a two story room addition on a friend's house in 1977 to lead to the discovery of his vocation in the home remodeling industry -- performing sales, management, and design.

Mark believes that "spending time with family builds special memories. When someone is considering improvements to enhance the family environment, I want to help them fulfill their dreams." Mark utilizes his skills and knowledge in organization management and design to provide customers with the means to realize dreams they have for their homes.

Mark is a friendly and sociable person, willing to share his knowledge and experience with his employees, customers, and the community. He is also very involved with many local organizations that help the public receive a positive remodeling experience. Having held positions of honor in several professional organizations and receiving numerous awards for his service to the community has enriched Mark as a person.

JUSTIN SHREFFLER

Justin attended Ohio University where he majored in Business and minored in engineering. He has been in the remodeling industry since 1999, working with small general contractors.

He joined Kresge Contracting, Inc. in 2003 as a crewmember and in 2004, he was promoted to the position of project estimator and material expeditor.

ALI SMITH

As the in-house designer, Ali tries to take each customer she works with and find the unique solution to the problem at hand. Whether it is a small partial bath or a elaborately designed kitchen, her goal for every project is to work closely with the customer to create an environment that will have a positive impact on the home to make it more enjoyable for the entire family for years to come.

Her involvement with project varies based on the complexity of both the job and the design. She may be working with you throughout the entire project, or come in towards the end of the conceptual process to help pick out the materials (ie: the wood finishes, tile, etc.) needed for the job.

She has been with the Kresge team since May 2004. She graduated from the Ohio State University with a bachelor's degree in Interior Design.

Project Management

We assign each project to an individual project manager, who then becomes responsible for overseeing the production of that project from beginning to end.  Duties include acting as the lead carpenter, advising in plan execution, and maintaining communication with the homeowner.

Our customers typically meet their project manager at the scheduled pre-production meeting, and the same project manager will be available to answer questions and assist with concerns, all the way through to the final project punch-out.

Kevin's experience includes in-depth knowledge of a wide variety of exterior building projects-siding, windows, doors, overhangs, etc. He also has vast knowledge in general contracting and room additions. He is a detail-oriented person with extraordinary desire to place customer service and needs at the forefront.

Steve is a very dedicated and meticulous person. He works well as a team member and is very customer service oriented.
